Colombian Milhojas - not too dissimilar from one of the many classical French pastries that we offer, Mille-Feuille, or Napoleons - are known for their flaky, creamy, sweet, and buttery texture. While Mille-Feuille feature a traditional poured fondant and chocolate decor, our Colombian offering substitutes it with our one-of-a-kind arequipe spread.
