Everything on our signature menu has been taste-test approved and somehow butterfly inspired to serve as a featured regular item on our menu, in addition to our special order offerings and rotating monthly cookie menu.

Monarch Bars
Our monarch bars are sheet-tray baked, double layer deliciousness wrapped in a chocolate hazelnut bow.
These feature a layer of brown butter shortbread, almond frangipane center with a hint of rum and mini chocolate chips, and a gooey cocoa and hazelnut topping
Of course, everyone has their own take on the best type of cookie - some like gooey, others like crunchy or cakey. But we believe we have mastered the best of all the worlds to create the supreme recipe and thus the most amazing chocolate chip cookies you have ever tasted
